Prince George RCMP have recovered a high-end road bike and are looking for the owner.
It was found on Sunday in a compound on the 1700 block of Lyon Street where police had been called to a report of a break and enter. RCMP believe it has been left behind by the culprit.
Police limited the description to a white Cervelo and added it may have been stolen from a spot outside of the city as checks with local police databases, the 529 Garage tracking service and local bike shops have drawn blanks.
To claim this item the owner will have to provide specific details such as the specific model and serial number.
They can attend the Prince George RCMP Detachment in person, or call the non-emergency line at 250-561-3300 to speak with a police officer.
