The Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society celebrated a milestone over the weekend as its annual Colour Walk wrapped up on Saturday after bringing in a goal-beating total of $50,000.
The walk supports the Society’s Home Hospice Program, which offers end-of-life care to people who choose to remain in their homes.
This year’s event took place on Saturday at Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park, and included live music, presentations from the stage, a dunk tank and a visit from Bell E. Buttons the clown.
