When you get into that Warrior II pose at Northern Lights Estate Winery this summer, you’ll notice a greater distance than arms-length from the person next to you.
That’s because social-distancing measures will be in effect for Yoga in the Orchard, which is making its yearly return tonight (June 29) for Prince George residents hoping to catch some rays while centering the mind, body and soul.
Every Monday until Aug. 31, Sunset Studios will host a one-hour yoga session in Northern Lights Estate Winery’s Riverside Orchard along the edge of the Nechako.
However, due to COVID-19 measures, and in keeping up with B.C.’s public health guidelines, only 20 people will be allowed to participate each week.
Markers will be in place to indicate where yogis can set up their mats.
And, of course, each session comes with a free glass of wine!
Tickets can be purchased in advance or over the phone at $20 each; Wine Club PLUS members will only pay $17.50.
Classes are from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
For more information, you can visit the Northern Lights Estate Winery’s website.
