COVID-19 numbers continue to rise after Dr. Bonnie Henry's latest update today (April 11).
There are 35 new test positive cases from the last 24 hours for a provincial total of 1,445.
Northern Health has no new cases. The total remains at 26 in the authority.
There are currently 642 cases in the Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) region, 558 in the Fraser Health region, 84 are in the Island Health region and 35 are in Interior Health.
There were three new deaths in the past 24 hours for a total of 58 B.C. wide.

Dr. Henry did not report any new outbreaks at long-term care facilities from the previous day. She said 20 long-term care homes and assisted-living facilities remain affected and are continuing to receive support from VCH and Fraser Health for the combined 246 cases of COVID-19 they have experienced so far, which include 153 residents and 93 staff.
There was also an update on an outbreak at a federal correctional facility in Mission where there are 26 cases including five hospitalized.
“We have been working very closely with our federal counterparts to make sure they have everything they need to manage that outbreak. There are a number of both inmates and staff who have been affected."
