The city's court action against the owners of the old Columbus Hotel is continuing to wind its way through the courts.
A hearing is scheduled for July 27 in Vancouver to decide whether permission needs to be granted to take the cast to the B.C. Court of Appeal, city spokesperson Mike Davis said Thursday.
