April 13
Travis Inias Basil was sentenced to one day in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for breach of recognizance committed in Fort St. James. Basil was also given a nine-month conditional sentence and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for assault with a weapon, committed in Fort St. James.
Virginia Antoinette Basil was sentenced to 39 days in jail for five counts of breach of probation and given 12 months probation and a five-year firearms prohibition for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and assault with a weapon.
Charles Roger West was sentenced to 20 days in jail and one year probation for theft $5,000 or under and breach of an undertaking.
April 12
Randall Edwin Johnson was sentenced to six months house arrest and one year probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for assault causing bodily harm.
Mandeep Lahal was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for breach of recognizance.
Jonathan Jacob Prince was sentenced to eight days in jail and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for breach of probation.
George Edward Sponagle was fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for assault.
April 11
Wesley Thomas Andrews was sentenced to three months house arrest and six months probation for two counts of theft $5,000 or under.
Samantha Mae Basil was sentenced to 65 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and 45 days in jail for a separate count of theft $5,000 or under and breach of an undertaking. Basil was also sentenced to two years probation on the convictions.
Michael Joey Willy Desjarlais was sentenced to one day in jail and three years probation for uttering threats.
Christopher Hayes Humphreys was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving without a licence under the Motor Vehicle Act.
Ashley James Janczyn was issued a $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.
Neville George Close Johnny was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for theft $5,000 or under.
David Wayne Maier was sentenced to nine months house arrest, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for production of controlled substance.
Della Verle Maier was sentenced to nine months house arrest, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for production of controlled substance.
Robert Donald Davis was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act and was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking.
April 5
Sean Andrew Alexis was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation for assault and two counts of breach of an undertaking, committed in Vanderhoof.
Timothy Lorne Bryce was sentenced to 14 days in jail for breach of probation.
Randall Kirby Close Lewis was sentenced to 18 months probation with a suspended sentence for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
Todd Valentine Thomas was fined $5,000 plus a $750 victim surcharge and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for trafficking in a controlled substance.
