Celebrate Family Literacy Day with an afternoon of free fun Saturday with carnival-themed activities that promote literacy at the Bob Harkins Branch of the Prince George Public Library. The event takes place from 1 to 3 p.m.
Families can look forward to juggling, encyclopedia weightlifting, a ring toss, an alphabet fish pond, and other old-fashioned carnival fun, with ideas for activities to enjoy at home.
