Sixteen firefighters were on hand early this morning to douse flames at a Farrell Street trailer.
Shortly after 3:30 a.m., crews from three Prince George Fire Resuce halls responded to the site to find smoke and flames coming from the dwelling.
It was reported there was no one home at the time.
Initially, fire crews attacked the fire with hose lines from the interior of the building, however safety concerns about fire in the floor structure and the roof forced crews to battle the fire from the outside.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation. Although damage the trailer is extensive, there is no estimate of the damage costs available yet.
