The Park Drive-In Theater is aiming to open by the start of May while also taking steps to keep customers and staff safe from the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a posting on social media.
Those steps include limiting attendance to half capacity and filling only every second parking space, hand sanitation stations throughout the grounds and social distancing at the washrooms.
The theater will also operate on an Interact only basis (no cash but tap will be available),concession ordering on a checklist with delivery to the vehicle and one movie per night with reduced admission pricing. It's also working on a pre-purchase ticket system and plans to open more evenings during the week.
The go-karts and mini-golf are to open at a later date.
