An investigation into what could be confirmed as Prince George's third homicide of 2021 is moving forward and the public's help is needed.

RCMP are seeking dashcam footage from anyone who may have been driving on PG Pulpmill Road, specifically between midnight and 5 a.m. early Saturday (April 10) morning.

That day, at around 4:45 a.m., police responded to an 'unknown disturbance' at a home on 1100-block PG Pulpmill Road where one person was found dead, since been deemed as suspicious.

As a result, several resources have been called in to support the investigation, including the Serious Crimes Unit and Forensic Identification Services.

Police believe the incident is isolated and there is no risk to the public.

Witnesses and those living at the residence have cooperated with Mounties.

Anyone who may have dashcam footage that may be helpful to the investigation is asked to call Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300 and request the Serious Crimes Unit.

Other potential witnesses may also anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or go online to www.northernbccrimestoppers.ca
