Sentences for offences committed in Prince George and area

- Daniel Thomas Dupuis (born 1985) was sentenced to 14 days in jail for breaching an undertaking and three counts of driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. Dupuis was also prohibited from driving for 18 months and issued fines totalling $2,500 plus $475 in victim surcharges.

- Celia Anne Robinson (born 1983) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- James Gerald Barnes (born 1972) was sentenced on March 31, 2022 to 21 months in jail and 18 months probation, issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for trafficking in a controlled substance.

- Demen James Daniel Righthand (born 1994) wa sentenced to a four-month conditional sentence order and one year probation and ordered to provide a DNA sample for asssault with a weapon. 

- Celia Anne Robinson (born 1983) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Andrew Joseph Bazinet (born 1983) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and one year probation for mischief $5,000 or under and prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,750 for four counts of driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act and sentenced to time served for two counts of breaching a release order and one count of breaching probation. Bazinet spent 21 days in custody prior to sentencing.

- Dylan Andrew Macialek (born 1998) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage to property.

- Danial John Case (born 2000) was prohibited from driving for one year, sentenced to 18 months probation and issued a three-year firearms prohibition for fleeing police, possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, carrying a weapon or prohibited device and breaching a release order. The sentences came with a conditional discharge.

- Travis Jordan McCrea (born 1998) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage to property.

- Dean Ryan Sam (born 1989) was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault causing bodily harm.

- David Earl Elefson (born n/a) was fined $1,400 plus a $210 victim surcharge for hunting without limited entry hunting authorization under the Wildlife Act.

- Christopher Mark MacNeil (born n/a) was fined $1,400 plus a $210 victim surcharge for hunting without limited entry hunting authorization under the Wildlife Act.

- Denise Nicole Mortimer (born 1993) was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to pay $400 restitution for personation with intend to avoid arrest.

- Matthew William Hall (born 1984) was sentenced to 43 days in jail for being in a dwelling-house without lawful excuse. Hall was also sentenced to 18 months probation on the count as well as for assault, uttering threats, resisting arrest and breaching a release order and was ordered to provide a DNA sample on the assault and threats charges. Hall was in custody for 61 days prior to sentencing.

- Kenneth Allen Randolph Gonu (born 1988) was sentenced to 14 days in jail for breaching a release order.
