A fire in a detached garage on the 2900 block of Charella Drive caused an estimated $30,000 in damage on Sunday morning.
Fifteen firefighters from three halls responded to the call just after 8 a.m. There were no vehicles in the garage at the time of the fire, but the large amount of contents in the building hindered the ability of firefighters to extinguish the blaze, but it was eventually put out.
There were two people in the home at the time of the fire, but no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
