The Liquor Control and Licensing Branch declined to say Tuesday which licenced establishment in Prince George is being accused of over-serving in relation to a 35-year-old man who suffered a spinal cord injury after rolling his vehicle last week.

"If it is determined that the licensee contravened the Liquor Control and Licensing Act , the LCLB can take enforcement action," a Ministry of Justice spokesperson said. "As in any enforcement situation, the LCLB cannot comment further until the matter has concluded."

Alcohol was believed to be a factor in the rollover and the establishment was served with a violation notice under the B.C. Liquor Control and Licensing Act, RCMP said. The driver was also not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident, which occurred on Oct. 30 at about 8:15 p.m., according to police.
