Coldsnap lineup to warm up winter

The temperatures in the area are forecast to drop to the minus-20 range by the end of the week. It must be the effect of Coldsnap announcing its full schedule of performers and workshops.

The Coldsnap Music Festival is Prince George's midwinter romp through popular and powerful live entertainment. It runs from Jan. 26 to Feb. 3 at a number of local venues, and some of Canada's favourite musicians are coming to be part of the annual sizzler in the freezer.

As Christmas lists are getting their check-overs, consider all the cultural value in this lineup of concerts and workshops:
