There are many Doctors, Nurses and PSWs living in Canada. They Government is helping to create a shortage by Not giviing them the green light to go ahead. It's takes Years to be Certified in Canada.

Allow more Nurse practioners and come up with Blue Seal for Nurses and Doctors in Canada,insead of waiting two years or more to let them work. It's almost like a false shortage.
