Thanks for covering this story. There was one major victory for accountability last night: "A third motion (now, not would have) required the city to start publishing an annual transparency report on its advertising spending was carried, with only Ramsay voting against."
I believe this is the FIRST time this Council will be getting metrics on anything the city spends money on. We demand more from small non-profits that get a tiny grant.
