Both B.C. Secondary Schools Northern AA Conference semifinal games were played on Friday with the Nechako Valley Vikings taking on the PGSS Polars in the first game at Masich Place Stadium on Friday afternoon and the second game taking place under the lights where the College Heights Cougars took on the Kelly Road Roadrunners on Friday night. In the afternoon game, the Vikings scored on the first drive of the game and didn't look back punching their ticket to the final with a commanding 46-8 victory over the Polars. In the night game, the Cougars scored the first two touchdowns of the game on their way to a 34-6 victory over the Roadrunners. The Cougars and Vikings will now meet on Friday, November 1 at 7 p.m. at Masich Place Stadium in the B.C. Secondary Schools Northern AA Conference final. The Polars and Roadrunners will also take to the field at Masich Place Stadium on Friday, November 1, with their game taking place at 4:30 p.m. where they will battle for third place.
