Superintendent Butterworth-Carr spoke to the Prince George component of the report entitled Small Town Justice authored by David Eby, executive director of the B.C. Civil Liberties Association during a news conference held at the local detachment Thursday at 10 a.m.
As Officer In Charge of the Prince George Detachment, Superintendent Butterworth-Carr addressed the concerns that she has with the report as it relates to her Detachment.
