After a five-year hiatus Summerfest returned to downtown Prince George Sunday, August 21. The event was presented by the Downtown Business Improvement Association and title sponsor was the Prince George Citizen. There were many activities with a children's area, a mainstage for entertainment, the Wood Wheaton Taste Pavilion, as well as the Artisan Alley and exhibitors booths.
