Chinese new year celebrated at Exploration Place

Gung Hay Fat Choy! Happy Year of the Rabbit. The Chinese new year's celebration took place in Prince George at the Exploration Place Saturday, Feb. 5.

A full house of guests were entertained by the Prince George Chinese Benevolent Society's Lion Dance, at the Exploration Place Saturday night.

Gung Hay Fat Choy! Happy Year of the Rabbit. The Chinese new year's celebration took place in Prince George at the Exploration Place Saturday, Feb. 5. There were fireworks, which were for public viewing at Fort George Park and then those taking part in the celebration at the museum went inside to enjoy a meal and entertainment.
