Starting Monday, The Citizen will be making changes to our comics pages. Some will be staying and some will be leaving.

This morning, listening to CBC radio from Kelowna, I heard that Prince George had the highest crime rate in the country. Kelowna came in eighth, but the commentator excused their high rate because of the extra summer visitors.
