When I was much younger, and in way better shape than I am now, I won a trophy or two. And as a married man these trophies are somewhere where no one can do any damage to them (wife's explanation). They are stored in a big box in the garage.

While the B.C. Liberal determination to hold the line on costs has been one of the main obstacles to settlement in the dispute with teachers, the other was the union's drive to return to local bargaining on most issues.

On Jan. 4, 2012, I was admitted to the University Hospital of Northern BC for surgery. My doctor and operating specialist was Dr. Guy Patterson who in my opinion is an excellent surgeon.

Everyday I read another letter, bashing Mayor Sherri Green. Thank you Sherri for stepping up and running for the job of mayor. Most of us would not have the back bone to handle the constant onslaught of negativity.

First of all isn't it ridiculous to be telling teachers that they will be fined $475 or thereabouts per day, for not showing up for work. They should all apply for stress leave. I am sure they must be stressed to the limit.

Today I was driving my SUV On the way to lunch with my friend, Ms T. She lives in Miworth; it's not very far When you happen to drive a fairly good car. It should only take about fifteen minutes. Follow Miworth Road and the speed limits.

We have been beating the state of our roads to death. There are potholes everywhere and a limited budget to fix them.

The meter has long run out on the idea of pay parking in downtown Prince George.

Prince George is No. 1 again... for potholes. Dawson, Fort St. John, Quesnel, Kamloops, all visitors that can't believe the state of our goat trails. Domano makes last year's Ospika look like a nice drive...
