In these late winter months, when the season seems to drag on with dark clouds, winter snows and short days, I start to feel in the doldrums.

I am writing today to discuss the recent outcry about the homelessness issue in downtown P.G. All the complaining I have been hearing about how much the homeless people of downtown Prince George affects downtown and the businesses.
