Christmas and New Year’s are often the times many people “catch up” on their sleep. But there is a stereotype in the modern world that sleep is a sign of weakness, laziness and advancing age. Both statements are wrong.

Two colleagues were talking about CDs the other day. I haven’t bought one of those in many years.

The year 2020 has been like none other. Not only has the world been impacted by a devastating global pandemic, we have finally begun to honestly recon with the negative impact of colonialism.

Let’s hope COVID-19 put an end to two stupid stereotypes. First, governments can move quickly and change direction overnight when sufficiently motivated.

I am writing regarding the delivery policy of Canada Post. I am 71 years old and I have been self-isolating since Feb 2020. I am a caregiver 24-7 and was unable to take anytime off for respite due to COVID-19.

I would like to commend Mike Maslen for his letter in the Citizen. He wrote what a lot of people think about but do not have the courage to write about. The city’s bureaucracy, bloated salaries, and people using Prince George as a stepping stone.
