Trail maintenance, please

As a frequent user of the Heritage and Fort George park trail systems, I would like to say thanks for myself and the hundreds if not thousands of park users.

Please don't get me wrong, we really do appreciate all the work that has been done over a few years , like the miniature replica bridge that cost more than $1 million, the pavilion in Lheidli T'enneh Park that cost $400,000, the bridge currently being built on Heritage trail for $368,000.

Would it be too much to ask it be put in the budget an allowance for some gravel when the trail becomes icy, making it very dangerous and uncomfortable for older people to use this system more?

This expense would be greatly appreciated by all who frequent the trails.

B. Rosin,

Prince George
