Oh my, you wrote what I wanted to for years.
I have relatives who live in Vancouver and they wonder what could possibly be a reason for us to live here.
They say, "please don't invite us up there in case we're dumb enough to come.
"If for some reason we do lower our standards and head up there, should we bring food for the dogs pulling the sleds? A snowmobile in case we get stuck?
"How about a power saw in case there are trees across the road?"
Well the reason for living here is: we've made a good living here, fish here and the mosquitos are part of the parcel.
And if you think I would trade this for Vancouver... hello!
