So once again it is garbage day in our neighbourhood and I find myself with the same problem again - full recycling bin and an almost empty garbage can. But it is not recycling day. Only garbage.
I can fill my recycling bins weekly. If one is using your recycling bins you should not be able to fill a garbage can weekly. I propose weekly recycling and biweekly garbage pick up.
