I want to give a big thank you to the City of Prince George.
On Thursday Feb. 12th, I was about to leave my house when a big grader came by and left a huge pile of snow at the end of my driveway. I'm unable to get around from an injury and I drive a car. I decided to take my chances and call the City to see if they could remove the snow or I was going to be late for my doctor's appointment. When I called I heard a REAL person on the other end!
Thanks to the lovely lady named Janet, within minutes the plow came to my house and removed the snow.
I was so happy not to be dealing with an automated voice and talking to a real person who had my problem solved in minutes! Way to go PG.
