Canada's combat role in Iraq raises question of legality

Approximately six months ago the federal government voted to send troops to train Iranian fighters in Iran. The instructions for these troops were that they were to be out of harm's way behind friendly lines. Since then we have learnt that our Canadian troops are not always behind friendly lines but sometimes on front lines and also behind enemy lines. Some serious laws have been broken here by someone. Parliament is the highest court in the land. Our representatives write laws that govern our everyday lives. If people quit obeying laws we would not be able to sustain our democratic system. I find it disturbing that the media has not spent any time in finding out why these actions took place.

Because laws were broken, then legal action or an explanation to the citizen of this country should be in order.
