In loving memory of Lloyd Pommer, who passed away at the age of 89 years on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 in Prince George, British Columbia.
Lloyd was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He will be sadly missed by his children, Lisa (Dean Hicks), Dwayne (Meghan) of Prince George and Brian (Josette Bérard) of Winnipeg. He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren: Jared (Jordyn Deans), Alexa, Keara, Jacob and Bronwyn. He is survived by his only brother, Marvin (Virginia) of Surrey, BC and a large extended family.
Lloyd was predeceased by his beloved wife Aurise (née Morissette), who passed away from cancer in 1985, at the young age of 42 years.
In recent years, Lloyd lived with symptoms of dementia. His family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Paul Boutcher and the health professionals at University Hospital of Northern British Columbia and Simon Fraser Lodge for their care and compassion.
A private interment will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Prince George. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to the Prince George Council of Seniors.
