Thousands showed up for a Remembrance Day ceremony at the Civic Centre and the cenotaph on Thursday. No firm number was available but the turnout looked larger than usual this year - and members of the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry traveled from Edmonton to attend in memory of one of their own, fallen Prince George soldier Cpl. Darren Fitzpatrick.
