Water service was restored this morning to several dozen businesses in the BCR Site, which had been without water since Monday afternoon due to a water main break.
The break occurred Monday afternoon in a 35-centimetre pipe in the 8200 block of Willow Cale Road.
The water main break destabilized part of the road, which had to be closed to vehicle traffic.
City crews are investigating the cause of the water main failure. The line had been installed in 1985.
