Three people are facing charges after police seized drugs and guns from a home on Kenwood Street on Sunday.

On Sunday, the Prince George RCMP's Street Crew Unit executed a search warrant on the home. Officers found "a significant amount of fentanyl, cocaine and cash," along with a loaded handgun, shotgun and drug-trafficking paraphernalia, an RCMP statement said.

Damiond Rain Sutherland, 22, Angeline Louise Hammerstrom, 40, and Colin Michaud Durrand, 29, were all changed with failing to comply with release orders stemming from previous, separate incidents. Durrand was also arrested on several outstanding arrest warrants from nine previous incidents since July 2019.

Both Hammerstrom and Durrand have histories of violence and are considered priority offenders by the Prince George RCMP.

The drug investigation is continuing and the trio may face additional charges, the statement said.
