Toronto Blue Jays send Teoscar Hernandez down to minors
TORONTO — The Toronto Blue Jays have optioned slumping outfielder Teoscar Hernandez to triple-A Buffalo. Infielder Richard Urena was recalled Thursday and will take Hernandez's place on the roster for a game in Chicago against the White Sox.
