Kris Yip stopped the clock quicker than anyone else.
Yip, a veteran member of the Prince George Cycling Club, won a 15-kilometre time trial Thursday night in the Pineview area of the city. He crossed the finish line in 21 minutes 21 seconds, just ahead of Simon Perreault (22:05) and Matt Thomson (22:12).
Rounding out the top 10 were: Dave Murguly (23:04); Dan Bedard (23:15); Bill Livingston (23:37); Dale Huzer (24:24); Toni Kristinsson (25:22); Arthur Roots (25:32); and Watson Monroe (25:56).
Marika Jurgens, who placed 12th overall, was the top woman. Her time was 26:17.
