Players are assigned to one of four squads for the weekend - Team Chara, Team Setoguchi, Team Byfuglien and Team Hamhuis - with players born in 1995 and 1996 assigned to Teams Chara and Setoguchi.

Each team will practice for an hour Friday beginning at 4 p.m., with scrimmage sessions starting at 9 a.m. Saturday until 7:30 p.m. Sunday each team will play once again between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., with the young guns game scheduled for 7 p.m.

The camp wraps up Monday with an intra-squad game at CN Centre (7 p.m.). Admission is $2 for adults and free for children under 12.

Meanwhile, the Cougars have hired Phil Guenter as goaltending coach for the upcoming season. Guenter, 31, has coached goalies for the past 12 years from his home in Lethbridge, Alta. He has also worked, one on one, with Cougars netminder Drew Owsley, 20, for the past 10 years.
