Alyx Treasure took the gold medal in high jump at her first indoor meet of the season Saturday for the Kansas State Wildcats at the All-comers meet.
The 19 year old logged a jump of 1.78 metres in her first meet in the United States since transferring to the school after a year at the University of British Columbia.
Treasure is a graduate of D.P. Todd Secondary.
