The UNBC Northern Timberwolves' women's basketball team was too hot to handle for the Quest Kermodes Friday night in Squamish.
Jennifer Clyne hit for 26 points Katie Dandeneau shot 16 and Mercedes Van Koughnett added 13 more points to lead the T-wolves to a 81-59 victory. Emily Kaehn contributed nine rebounds for the UNBC women, who improved their PACWEST record to 3-0.
The UNBC men also improved to 3-0 after an 82-57 win over Quest later on Friday night.
Francis Rowe led the way with 31 points. Kevan Madsen contibuted 12 points and CHarles Barton collected 10.
The UNBC men led 39-32 at halftime.
Both T-Wolves temas will be in North Vancouver Saturday to take on the Capilano Blues.
