After spotting the UBC Okanagan Heat an early 3-0 advantage in the bronze-medal game Sunday, the T-wolves were unable to complete the comeback, falling 3-2.

Matt Jubenville pulled UNBC within a pair at 3-1 in the 40th minute of the first half and Scott DeBianchi pulled the team within a goal, but it was too late.

Alex Rudecki was named player of the game for the T-wolves, while the loss marked the end to the university careers for fifth-year players DeBianchi and keeper Kyle Flannagan.

Saturday the T-wolves fell 1-0 in the semifinal game to the Capilano Blues, a rematch of the 2010 semifinal when UNBC beat the Blues.

In the gold-medal final, the Blues faced the defending national champion Vancouver Island Mariners...

In women's action, the Kwantlen Eagles shutout the Langara Falcons 3-0 for bronze, while the Thompson Rivers Wolfpack beat the Heat 2-1 for gold.
