The Prince George Spruce Kings defeated the West Kelowna Warriors 7-4 Friday in the Central Okanagan.

John Herrington tallied his second hat trick of the season in the win as he finished the game with three goals and one assist, claiming the game's top star. Linden Makow scored twice, Hunter Price scored his first BCHL goal and Colton Cameron added a single for the King.

Aidan Feddema earned his fifth win of the season between the pipes for Prince George as he stopped 33 shots of 37 shots.

With the win, the Spruce Kings maintain their spot in fifth of the Interior Division as they find themselves in a heated playoff race for final seeding after the Wenatchee Wild and Vernon Vipers both earned wins Friday night, keeping them hot on the tail of the Spruce Kings.
