The Prince George Spruce Kings are looking for billet families for the 2021-22 season.
The B.C. Hockey League team is billing it as a chance to help a young player go onto bigger and better things - from U.S. college to professional hockey.
"It is so ever important for junior hockey clubs to have local families open their hearts and their homes for a few months," the team said in a statement. "Through this experience, many of these players create lasting memories and keep in touch with their host family beyond their time in Prince George."
