The Prince George Spruce Kings were shut out 3-0 by the Vernon Vipers on Saturday night at Kopar Memorial Arena.
Vernon goaltender Ethan David stopped 27 shots to earn his third shutout of the season and the Vipers clinched a spot in the playoffs.
The two teams meet for the last time this regular season this coming Saturday at Kal Tire Place in Vernon.
