Now the roster of players who will represent Prince George secondary school and College Heights secondary school in the annual Spirit of Hockey and Community Cup can be unveiled.

Rob Lewis, Renzo Berra and Harjas Grewal will coach the Polars, who will be backstopped in goal by Jared Young and Mitch Profeit. The captain of the squad is Darrian Estey, and his assistants will be Dryden Profeit, Gabe Mason and Hayden-James Berra. Other members of the PGSS team are Brad Matte, Blake Brenton, Liam Blackburn, Thane Anderson, Basil Henwood, Kurtis Friend, Brodi Wicki, Justin Foster, Jake Lebrun, Perry Binning, Jordan Low, Eric Olsson, Nicolas Clifford and Brody Kirkam.

Tending goal for the blue-and-white Cougars will be Bowman Rutledge, who is also the team captain. Luca Bectschinger is listed as the backup goaltender.

The rest of the team includes David Lukoni, Brendan Joseph, Joey Greenlees, Kyler Wilkinson, Joey Matzelle, Kyle Wilson, Travis Creuzot, Dylan Bredo, Chase Brummund, Courtney Hopwood, Zach Walker, Jordy Picton, Tanner Dowhy, Matt Dimor, Austin Hamilton, Hayden Pederson, Ryan Murphy and Derek Bulmer. The coaches are Grant Erickson and Parrish Child.

This is the eighth edition of the game, with PGSS leading the series four games to three.
