Several members of the Prince George Judo Club attended the Canada West Open Judo tournament Saturday in Burnaby, returning home with medals.
Three athletes placed first in their various categories: Tami Goto, junior girls; Levi Price, junior boys; and Kristen Yawney, in both under-17 and under-20 minus-70 kilograms.
Kyle Wilkinson was second in the under-15 boys, minus-48 kilograms category.
Third place finishers were: Matteo Rodrigues, junior boys; Taylor Schaus, under-15 boys, minus-38 kg; Quinn Clemas, under-20, minus-81 kg men and fifth place in the senior men's brown/black belts for minus-81 kg.
