P.G. curlers on national ice

B.C. opened with an 8-2 Saturday victory against the Yukon. On Sunday, the rink -- with skip Dennis Graber, third Brian Windsor, second Boese and lead Johnston -- downed Nova Scotia 10-7 and then lost 9-5 to Prince Edward Island.

Graber and Windsor are from Kamloops.

B.C. is in a three-way tie for second place with Northern Ontario and Manitoba. Alberta and Newfoundland/Labrador are both 2-0 so far.

B.C. will be on the ice today against Saskatchewan (1-2).
