When the Canadian National Blind Curling Championship gets underway Feb. 6 to 11 in Ottawa it'll be a Prince George squad representing British Columbia.

Shane McCreery skipped his team of third Floyd Kennedy, second Terry Pipkey and lead Gary Sandhu to the provincial championship Jan. 13 to 15 in Kelowna. The team said they are hoping it's a sign of things to come in Ottawa as in 2011 they were the perpetual bridesmaid, placing second at Western Canadians, in the province and at nationals.

The team is coached and guided by Norm Carne.
