It's almost time to don your ugliest Christmas sweater and pelt the ice with teddy bears. On Dec. 17 the Prince George Cougars team up with the Salvation Army and RCMP Victim Services for the annual Teddy Bear Toque Toss. It is also Ugly Christmas Sweater night at CN Centre as the Cats take on the Vancouver Giants.
"Our Annual Teddy Bear Toque Toss is a great way to celebrate the Christmas season with family and friends and gives fans another opportunity to brighten the holidays for those in need," Brandi Brodsky, Cougars vice president, said in a press release.
Once the Cougars score their first goal fans will have an opportunity to launch their toques and teddys onto the ice.
