Teenagers who want to tackle the rugby skills of rucks, scrums, line-outs and more can do so this Saturday.

A free skills clinic, organized by the Prince George Youth Rugby program, will be on the pitch at Duchess Park secondary from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for male and female athletes in Grades 8 to 12.

The youth rugby program is a joint effort between the Highlanders Rugby Club, the Prince George Vixens Women's Rugby Club and the P.G. Gnats (men's) Rugby Club to help build the sport.

For the camp, athletes are asked to bring a bag lunch, water bottle, mouth guard and cleats (if they have them). They can register the day of the camp but must have a parent signature on the waiver and registration form.

For more info, email pgyouthrugby@gmail.

The Vixens and Gnats are joining forces Sunday for a Level 1 referees clinic at John McInnis junior secondary from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
