Chase Wheatcroft and Riley Heidt combined for seven points as the Prince George Cougars crushed the Vancouver Giants 6-0 on Tuesday at CN Centre.
Koehn Ziemmer, Jaxsen Wiebe, Hudson Thornton, and Caden Brown also added goals in the win. Tyler Brennan stopped 22 shots to record his second shutout of the season.
The Cougars went 10-2 during February, have clinched a playoff spot and now find themselves in fourth place in the Western Conference.
The Cougars play the Giants again tonight at CN Centre.
