Prince George Cougars associate coach Josh Dixon is leaving the team for Ontario to become head coach of the University of Guelph Gryphons.
Dixon was with the Cougars for the past two seasons.
In a media release, Dixon said it was a privilege to be part of the team's progress and success, including the recent playoff series win. He said believes that the Cougars have a bright future ahead and wished the team, players, and fans success in the upcoming season.
A replacement for Dixon has not been named.
